Viola Brun accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard or Paypal. The amount is not charged on your account until the items are shipped. We don’t charge any fees for handling the payment.

We have a flat rate shipping cost which is 5€ in all of EU. We offer free shipping on orders above 150€.
Right to complain
When you shop at violabrun.com you always have 24 months right to complain under the Danish Sale of Good Act. Your complaint must be submitted within a reasonable length of time after discovering the defect/fault. A complaint submitted within 2 months is always considered timely. If you wish to complain about your product, please send/return it to the address below and include a brief description of the complaint.

If a refund is agreed upon, the amount will be refunded to the payment card in which were used to complete the order.
You always have 14 days right to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive your order. You have to inform us by email on email@example.com that you want to use your right of return. You have to pay for the return yourself. Provided that the poster is in the same condition as new and we are able to sell it again we will return your money to your bank account the same day we receive the poster from you.
No personal information registered with Viola Brun is at any time transferred, sold or made available to third parties.
Personal data policy
When you shop at violabrun.com you need to provide information to enable us to process your order. You will be asked to provide:

- Payment card information
- Delivery address
We use SSL (secure socket layer) when we transfer data. For security reasons, we do not store your payment information in our database.
What we use your personal data for
Processing your order. We use your data to draw the purchase amount from your card, to send you an order confirmation, to send you an email to notify you that the product has been sent and to complete the delivery.
Customer service/complaints. If you have a complaint or request redelivery, we need your contact information to register your request and to solve the problem or carry out a redelivery.
Marketing. We use your data to send you newsletters by email, but only if you have given your consent to receiving the newsletters.
Who gets access to your data
To carry out the delivery, we provide your name, address and telephone number to our couriers.
In addition, we use third parties to store and process data (our web provider) to process your order and comply with the law. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for your own purposes.
You are always entitled to request information about what data we have registered about you and to object to the registration. If the data is incomplete, irrelevant or wrong, you have the right to have them altered or deleted. These rights are defined in the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. Under the Danish Bookkeeping Act, however, we are legally required to store your purchasing information for five years.
