Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14–day right of withdrawal when shopping at violabrun.com. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at shop@violabrun.com. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

You can purchase a return label from us. A return label costs between 20–50 € depending on the package size. Once we receive the item, we will refund the original amount minus the return shipping cost.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received. If the item has been used or damaged, you may be liable for any decrease in value. We assess the condition upon receipt.

Shipping

At the moment we ship to the following countries: Deutschland, Finland, France, Spain, The Netherlands.

If you don't see your country on the list above please send us an email: shop@violabrun.com and we will contact you and see if we can find an alternative shipping solution.

Items are dispatched with home delivery from our warehouse within 5–7 weekdays (Monday–Friday) after we receive your order. Longer delivery times may occur in connection with Black Friday, Christmas or other public holidays. Please notice that there will be only one delivery attempt to your home address. If no one is home to receive the parcel it will be delivered to the nearest parcelshop.

Shipping Costs

• 6€ flat rate shipping with GLS or DHL (Home delivery).
• Free delivery on orders above 240€ with GLS or DHL (Home delivery).

Payment

Viola Brun ApS accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard or Paypal. The amount will only be withdrawn from your account once the item has been shipped, in accordance with Danish consumer law.



We use an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This ensures that your data cannot be read. For international cards, a fee of 3.75% is applied.

Right to Complain

You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with Danish consumer law. The right covers manufacturing and material defects, but not damage caused by incorrect use.

If the item is to be exchanged or refunded, it must be returned in its original condition. If it has been used or damaged, you may be liable for any decrease in value. We assess this upon receipt.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed. We recommend taking a photo of the package as documentation in case of damage during transit.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Refunds

If a refund has been agreed upon, the amount will be returned to the card used for the original purchase.

Complaints

If you as a consumer wish to file a complaint, you can contact us at shop@violabrun.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority via forbrug.dk.

You can also use the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform if you reside in another EU country other than Denmark. You can find it here: Consumer Redress in the European Union.

Privacy Policy

Viola Brun will never share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties.

When you shop with us, we collect the necessary information to fulfill your order:

We use your data to send order confirmations, shipping notifications, create shipping labels, and charge your payment method.

If you contact us for a return or complaint, we use your contact information to resolve the issue.

Marketing

If you have given consent, we will use your information to send newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us at shop@violabrun.com.

Who Has Access to Your Information?

To fulfill your order, we share your name, address, and phone number with our shipping provider.

We also use third-party services (such as our web host) for data storage and processing. These partners act only on our behalf and are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we store about you and to request correction or deletion of inaccurate or irrelevant data. These rights are granted under the Danish Data Protection Act. Contact us at shop@violabrun.com.

In accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, we are required to store your purchase data for five years.
